Apricot

In Armenia, the apricot is more than a fruit — it’s our sunrise.
Legend says that when the first light touched the Armenian highlands, it turned the hills a soft golden blush, and from that glow the apricot was born. For centuries, its trees have grown like guardians around ancient monasteries and mountain villages, carrying the warmth of the land in their branches.

Armenians call the apricot tsiran — a symbol of luck, resilience, and sweetness after hardship. Its wood carved our oldest instruments, its color marks our flag, and its scent is woven into family memories: summer markets, grandmother’s hands, orchards heavy with ripe fruit.

With Biainili Apricot, we honor this quiet icon of Armenia — bright, silky, sun-kissed, and deeply rooted.
A small fruit with a story as old as the highlands.
