Artemisia Dracunculus (latin "Little Dragon"), or Tarragon ("Tarkhoon", "Estragon") is a perennial garden herb with a long tradition of use worldwide and specifically intense in the region of Caucasus as an edible fresh herb, food spice, as a remedy for some conditions, and for aromatic and skincare purposes. Distinct minty anise like flavor and scent make tarragon a favorite of many dishes.
